While the feeling of freedom is a big part of trail running, some etiquette should not be forgotten.

As we’re now into the warmer 🌤️ months and you may be getting out into the trails more, it’s important to keep in mind good and bad habits you can have while offroad that will not only make your run more enjoyable but also leave the trails healthy.
