Today I’m dropping some tidbits on you that WILL have you learning something new. 💣
I feel like with running, and this is of course true in any endeavor, we don’t know what we don’t know. 🤷 For example, while you CAN get through a 2-3 hour run with no to minimal hydration and fueling, that does not mean you SHOULD! Simple, yet many just go with the flow and without fueling.
