How to know when you’re not a “new” runner anymore.

Here’s what to do when you need to go from “just running” to serious training.

I did this in 2012 after having “just been running” for five years. I thought I was training, but looking back that is incorrect. I had loose ideas, but that was not real training.

Those five years were necessary for me to get a solid base of running, and now I’m building quality training on top of that foundation.
