Hey runner!
We actually had a bit warm wave this last week here in South Dakota. A week ago we canceled the Halloween Sock Hop I was race directing for our local run club because of a blizzard and now this week I was running shirtless!
Crazy, but I’m not complaining 
But for many of us we’ll have a few months straight of lows or even highs below freezing and if you don’t have your gear dialed in now, you’re going to pay for it this winter!
So that’s why on today’s video launching at 9:45am mountain US time I’m going over a detailed head to toe walk-through of my winter gear.
