Best Running Diet?

Hey runner, Coach Kyle here.

Last month I had a client I coach ask me this question.

We went through the 2-month strength program I set up to take people from zero strength work to good consistent routines 3 times weekly (let me know if you’re interested).

This is a great question and I always go back to what Michael Pollan said:

Eat real food.

Not too much.

Mostly plants.
