It’s hard to run. 😫
You’re going to get winded, your legs are going to hurt, and you might feel like you’re dying. 💀 And if you don’t do it right, you’re going to feel REALLY bad afterward.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. 💡 Sometimes, it takes one simple advice only to realize that it is what you need to drastically make your running an enjoyable experience.
In this video, I’d like to share little tidbits of advice that I’ve come across through trial and error. While they won’t suddenly help you run 20 miles or hit a PR, they will make running more enjoyable… and no matter what your goals are if you’re not enjoying it, what’s the point?!
We’ll dive into some tips that have drastically changed my outlook or enjoyment of running:
📋 How to deal with mid-run pooping problems
📋 How to keep your junk warmer for winter running
📋 Be confident as a runner!
📋 How to keep your soft-flasks clean.
📋 How to prevent post-run headaches
📋 Should you run in toe socks?
📋 What not to eat before running!
A tip you’ve likely heard and maybe not implemented is how big of a deal strength training is. It can be intimidating but I have a FREE easy-to-do strength program and you can get it at https://www.kylekranz.com/gsm.
Let me know in the comments if you have more tips you’d like to add that would potentially help other runners.
