Training Week of Oct 26, 2015

Twas a good week, all things considered. I’m still almost exclusively running easy. I’m just wrapping up two weeks of being sick, but have been getting my volume up from the two weeks of recovery after Crazy Horse.

For the next week I’ll probably not quite hit 70 hours, but should come pretty close.

Gradually getting that volume back up!

On Saturday I helped out at the Sock Hop in Rapid City on Halloween.

I assisted with the set-up in the morning prior to the event. During I helped hand out treats to the children upon finishing the 1k. I was a course marshall during the 5k and handed out some high fives! Oh, and I got to pick the best two kid and best two adult costumes for their extra prizes!
