Training should follow the runner, not the other way around.

If you do desire the utmost in accountability and personalization for an extended period of time, let's get in it for the long haul! This is a super option for those who are 3+ months out from a big goal event or entering the off season and looking for some longterm help in progressing their training.

Who is this option for?

The LONG HAUL is primarily for people who desire some combination of tangible accountability and a truly dynamic schedule that follows you. The athlete will have access to me via check ins to touch base on progress, video chats to nail down race and nutrition strategy, and any further communication you may need to answer running related questions. You also receive lifetime access to my running lecture series where I've put together videos + resources that I want all of my clients to be aware of and know.

This is for people who want long term very personal and back & forth work with a coach. 

Who is this option NOT for?

If you have absolutely zero issues getting out the door and getting your runs completed, you have no problems following a plan, and your work/life/school schedules are fairly consistent, the LONG HAUL may not be for you and you may be very well with one of the shorter term coaching options.

If you cannot commit to logging your workouts, 

Brand new runners will benefit more from THE LONG HAUL to have more guidance as they start their running journey, but if you do not want a recurring payment with THE LONG HAUL, this onetime fee may be preferable.
